Not sure where I found this, could be from one of my books or the net.
2 Cups Sea Salt
2 Cups Baking Soda
4 Tbsp. Ginger Powder
Place all ingredients in a hot bath and bathe for 20 minutes. Drink plenty of water. This bath withdraws impurities from your body and helps you to feel better. This bath can be done 2 to 3 times in a week or as needed.

There are various types of sea weeds that can be used for detoxing, depending on what you want to detox. Please be careful to find out, some can be brutal, if detoxing from sea weeds. I have notes somewhere of various types of sea weeds, which I will post when I find them. Meanwhile, if you search for sea weed detox baths on the net, and read up before "plunging" in Body brushing daily before taking a shower, will also help detoxing by removing all dead skins, and stimulating lymphatic system.

Could I just put fresh ginger in the water or does it need to be powder? Best to use powder, raw ginger may irritate your skin. Different story for the stomach and protective HA etc..
