Hey,
I've been reading a number of articles which purport to have found that decreased collagen production (as a result of fq's interfering with the body's DNA) is the direct cause of fq induced tendinopathies. This would follow with other floxies' accounts of their skin having lost elasticity.
Can anyone suggest or can we create a list here of vitamins and supplements which are specifically supposed to aid in the creation of collagen?
Thanks!

Vitamin C (maybe Ester C) as a foundation would probably be best. Also, maybe some lemon peel. Just my thoughts for the moment. I've heard that too much Ibuprofen interferes w/ collagen production.
