severe relapse from msg in food, severe aggravation of neuro and cns symptoms. this is on top of my still acute phase of this reaction. I don't think I will ever recover. I just don't want to put up with this anymore. FYI my plan is to get to 5 years, which will be in 3.5 more years of pure hell I am sure since that's all it's been so far, and see where I am.
This msg s*** gave me NEW neuro on top of my old plus effected my existing neuro for the worse. At least I knew what to expect day to day with what I already had. This new twist on things has me to a desperate point that I haven't been to in awhile and it scares me beyond words.
I wish I could be unconscious for the next 3.5 years. My life is a constant living hell.
Most people NEVER get as bad as me so don't be scared by reading this, this is my nightmare, you (whoever is reading and feeling scared) don't be scared I am sure you WILL recover. Sadly I am one of the worst and I know it.

Important to read the Brain Food section. Many react to MSG, hydrolized foods and other. Reaction differs and include flare of joints, CNS/NEURO, and other symptoms. Pre-ADRs, I had tons of MSG (Chinese and Japanese Foods) and suffered no symptoms. Post-ADRs, zero tolerance to MSG. Instant, very severe, and acute relapse. The neuro/cns symptoms lasted a few weeks/months. Those symptoms usually don't last, although, it can take a long time to subside. Several floxies reported same on the old yahoo FQ & FAVC. Read up on Neuroplasticity. Healing and recovery, even if not at previous baseline level. Its not permanent, taking psychotropics, other meds, exposure to solvents, and other chems... will worsen symptoms and delay recovery. Watch what you eat, what you are exposed too, your environment, be vigilant. Anyone else reacting to certain foods? Hang in there, Piglet, your symptoms will improve.
