An update towards recovery using non toxic and energetic medicine such as Acupuncture, cupping, and Qi Gong.
For the first time in 15 years, I am now able to tolerate Acupuncture w/t side effects.
It helped getting rid of a root tooth infection recently. Painless within 30 mins. Within a day or so zero infection. I had 10 sess of Acupuncture within two weeks, for the digestive system, immune system, pain, etc.. It helped with the infection and immune system. The digestive system which is connected with the immune system, needs more work in terms of leaky gut, dybiosis, pancreas, biliary system, etc... through nutrition and Qi Gong practice.
As for the Qi Gong, no longer able to afford weekly sess, I am now learning how to raise my own Qi by practicing daily. Sometimes for two to three hours. Completely focused and reaping the benefits. ;D It beats everything I tried so far. No comparison in terms of altering DNA, raising DHEA, and other youth restoring hormones, etc... yepeee to longevity.
and restored health!!
The previous Qi sess from the practitioner have been extremely beneficial, beyond all I expected. I will continue to have the occasional sess, specially in times of threat to restoration of health, as in tooth extraction and so forth.
I am meeting those who have cured themselves of cancer, MS, and other so called incurable diseases by practicing Qi Qong, taught under the guidance of a Master of Qi Gong, or Sifu. Some practiced up to 8 hours a day, others three to four hours daily.
As ever the nit-picker, I found this article concerning some side effects to cupping and Acupuncture. Do I attach much credence? Not if performed by a competent and ethical acupuncturist. Far less dangerous than any pharmaceuticals I know of. There are always side effects to everything, acupuncture is no exception for those who are seriously ill, but never as deadly as toxic medications.

Abstract
Acupuncture and cupping have a public reputation as being safe even though these practices can lead to complications such as trauma or infection. We report here on a case of herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection secondary to acupuncture and cupping in a 56-year-old woman. The patient, who had a history of acupuncture and cupping on her left forearm for treating her myalgia, developed painful papules. Histologically, the biopsy specimen showed characteristic ballooning degeneration and inclusion bodies in the epidermis and mid-dermis. These clinical and histological findings were consistent with the diagnosis of HSV infection.
