I am seriously considering getting some bentonite clay. I can get a bottle for internal use for about $7 or several pounds for clay baths for upwards of 25 to 30 dollars for three or four baths. Does anyone here have experience with clay? Which is better for radiation detox or metals? Drinking or baths?

Try www.aboutclay.com and the yahoo group: health.groups.yahoo.com/group/aboutclay/?yguid=233909468nicest helpful bunch as for forum goes Oh, and look up various sources of clay, for impurities etc... Are you thinking of detoxing from metals?

Hi, not logging in right now because it takes so many tries each time.. don't know why.. anyway, I don't know if it is metals or radiation that I am detoxing from... not sure.. But you already know a little about my health problems and especially those from cell phones and wifi. I don't know if I mentioned it already or not but the first weekend of this past April I had to be in the hospital to have my appendix removed.. Had to have the CAT scan which was loads of radiation and plus I was put on IV antibiotics (Zosyn) for 48 hours. My question is whether or not it would be best because of money to drink it or would it be better to do a clay bath?

Have you read how it binds with the positive ions etc.. Might cause constispation, in which case, eating rhubarb (boiled), or plenty of fresh fruits and vegs, tamarind from mexico, put in warm water, (the paste if you can find it) and drink. Loaded with Vit C, niacin, potassium etc.. Taking minerals because the clay will deplete. Floxies I know who tried it, were fine, zero side effects. Not done it yet, but will do eventually. As for detoxing from heavy metals, its a huge area of contention. Some are pro some are against. If the detoxing mechanism is dysfunctional, it may be worth exploring on focusing on repair/heal before removing heavy metals. What do you think?

This is Pierce. Beebs, all I know is that I've got to do something. My daughter used her wireless laptop this weekend just for a few minutes and I had heart spasms for three hours. And I was ten to fifteen feet away the whole time. She was in another room. There is research out there that shows that the cellular membrane is disrupted by the frequency of the cell/wifi and then as a defensive mechanism locks up and prevents waste removal by the cell. This then leads to a buildup of waste, then free radicals, then comes disease.

This is why, I no longer use wireless technology. SIMPLE. I use the puter with cable. No wireless technology, no TV either etc.. In anycase, AVOIDANCE, is a must. Meanwhile, as I mentioned before, taking Triphala, Bentonite Clay, or Bael (from Brazil) will attenuate the radiation. Detoxing slowly and gently over a period of years, is all I am doing. We already suffer from ADRs, why add more toxicity and do more damage when there is already mountain of evidence that elektropollution can kill. It does by way of diseases and weird metabolic syndromes. This is to be taken seriously. There is no quick fix. Some of us are damaged already, and I don't want to add to it. BTW, it affects my heart too. Several times went to ER with weird EKG readings. So, yes, its serious. Let me know what you approach you decide. In anycase, need to fix the liver pathways, and enable your own detoxing mechanism. Have you looked up Dr Ziem's protocol: www.chemicalinjury.com there are other protocols, but hers seems reasonable. There is contention about glutatione. Raising seems to raise the level for about four hours (by IV) but then comes down again, whilst in tabs forms, does not really metabolize, as for nebulizers, read some with lung cancers and respiratory problems benefit from this. There is so much contradictory and vested interests in glutatione, that I gave up reading about it. I was very enthusiastic at first. In anycase, of glut pathways are dysfunctional, there are alternate pathways. I had a test done and it showed that glutathione gene is "Absent" and Glut transferase not working. My functional MD at the time and myself wrote to the Director of the lab, asking for the implications. The Director of the lab said he didn't know. Let me know what you decide to do.
