Kickstart with home made pastilles to soothe dry throats, and coughs.
Easy to make, use wild organic plant powders, sugar and a binding agent.
1/2 cup of dried will herbs, such as mint or lavender flowers for upset stomach, violet or rose petals for dry thoat, ginger, or any other herbs or spices. Maple syrup or honey.
Grind herbs in mortar, till very fine powder.
Mix with maple syrup or honey. Form a ball. Add gum tragacanth, or dry marsh mallow root. Pinch of finely chopped balsam poplar buds to bind.
