Does anyone get this feeling that the heart is pumping strongly, gushing out, and hear it? Could it be Pulsatile Tinnitus?
Sometimes it beats strongly, other times, fast, other times irregular? But the noise is deafening, and its almost possible to feel the "flow"
It started a few days ago, and worsening.
I am taking magnesium citrate, about 250 x 2 daily.
The only new thing I tried during the last two weeks were cupping (moxibustion and 10 sess of acupuncture). Could it be either was the trigger? I read some side effects from these, as well as feeling much worse years ago after acu sess. I felt improved during those sess last week.
I am not stressed, no anxiety, etc..
I continue to learn and practice Qi Gong daily, which has been helpful in everyway, except for return of this old symptom I use to have years ago.
Its exhausting. Almost constant today, except for an hour here and there of respite. No point going to hospital, they won't know the cause. Input much appreciated.
PS. I did a Qi Gong sequence, and it calmed down, who knows, perhaps practicing more often daily may help solve this enigma.
It could perhaps be a recently cold, or low grade infection, or athero, or trigger unknown. Not easy to live with such bothersome symptom almost 24/7

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MugwortIt is used for moxibustion. Those essential oils may cause trouble. Beebs, I hope the symptoms will fade away soon. In my case such symptoms are always a sign that something is very toxic to me. If I ignored it, I lost tolerance to many food. Love and know I am thinking of you Namid

The symptoms seems to be linked to cardiovascular disease.... (in this instance). I asked the TCM doc not to use any oils except the cups, lol. Good point though, anything can trigger symptoms.

Trying this combo for dangerous arrythmias:
Flaxseed Oil Caps: 30 caps of 500 mg (advised 2,000 mg daily) Calcium Orotate: 2000 mg daily Magnesium Orotate: 1000 mg daily (make sure its pure orotate) B complex Vitamin E with toconietrols and all tocopherols (am using wheat germ oil) Vit C 2000 mg daily (am taking 4000 mg daily)
So far, its working. Had those A Fib, SVT, etc.. constantly for a few days, no respite. Since started on this protocol, Major improvement, lessened symptoms.
Not taken the B comp, mag & cal orotate yet. Was taking Mag Citrate to no avail.
Have taken Magnesium Orotate in the past for the heart failure. Effective and helpful.
Do your own research re: why flaxseed oil etc...
PS. added vegetarian Q10 very helpful, (serum tests showed very low level a few years back)

The protocol worked very well. I substituted pure Wheat Germ Oil instead of Vit E, contains all tocopherols and tocotrienols. The heart went out of synch, around the 20th of March. It went 20-30 mins above baseline, along with AF, SVTs and other arrythmias. It was relentless, I thought it was the end several times. Pulse rate is back to its baseline of 60 bpm, with occasional arrythmias, instead of constant chaos. Not of the woods yet. Will take natural blood thinners to mop up fibrins, in case of clots caused by arrythmias for such a long period of time.

Thank you Namid. Thinking about you too. The protocol worked well, added vegetarian Q10 on which I was very low, munching on Dulce sea weeds for iodine, and ordered a good quality multi minerals.
There could be so many triggers for those arrythmias, in most cases, the root cause is not investigated.
Am reading interesting posts on a forum about people who opted to treat their cardiac problems including heart failure without meds with success.
Newbies post about how meds made them worse, threw them away, using Ayurvedic compounds, diet vits and supps. They seem to outlive those on toxic meds...in many cases, reversed the heart failure!!

Asked several nutritionists, MDs the common denominator between lamb and cheese? And why, eating those daily were helpful at preventing or helped arrythmias. None knew.
Eating beef didn't alleviate symptoms. Nor did chicken (before synthesized).
I found out that Edam Cheese and lamb contain high amount of Omega 3, unlike beef.
I have been taking Wheat Germ Oil and V-Pure Omegas, except the latter's ratio of Omega 3 to 6 is disproportionate.
The search goes on to foods such as purslane, pumpking seed oil, flax seed oil, hemp oil etc to supplement.
Minerals were a factor too, but less than the Omega Oils.
