After we have taken a quinolone our life changed in a dramatic way. Our body is damaged and we experience sometimes extreme pain; our brain is changed and we may experience feelings as if we die, extreme anxiety, depressions, brain fog,...So our personality is stolen. Beside all the struggle with our own body we have to fight against doctors, family members, friends, co-workers, who may not believe us. I think what we experience can be called torture and criminal. What I wonder is, if there are any strategies from crime victims, how we can try to heal/protect our souls.

Just a quick thought, Namid. I worked as a volunteer on the board of a mental health board for many years and one year there was a national campaign with the so powerful and true motto "Friends Are Good Medicine".
In those days, pre-floxing, I didn't have the negative attitude toward medicine I now do. LOL
Maybe we can restate it as something like "Friends help each other heal" or "Love heals".
This beautiful forum is a form of healing supportive friendship. Am wishing you steady healing.

Hi Justice, I am sorry that it took me so ling to answer your post. I have very little energy and strong brain fog since several weeks. I agree with you. I had and have luck that I have people around me, who are caring. What concerns me so much is the extreme pressure on our souls. I assume what we experience may be compared like people who had a bad accident. In addition we have to fight with medical staff, co-workers, friends... Because you have worked in the area of mental health, is there a special psychological therapy/direction, which is not analysing us but trying to join the broken pieces of our souls so we are better able to deal with all the problem? I had been thinking of Victor Frankl, but I am not familiar with his approach. Beside that are those relaxing methods like meditation, Qi Gong etc. But I wondered if there is another approach, which may be helpful for some of us.
