Thanks Namid, for those articles. I can report that there is slight improvement. For the last month or so, I have been able to tolerate freshly home ground cinnamon, (which I take daily), White radish, fresh ginger, and dried limes. Few other things too. I had not been able to tolerate those since 2002. Its a huge progress which shows some kind of healing. I am unable to tolerate garlic yet, which is very important for us and other fruits and vegetables. During the next few weeks, I will keep trying to re-introduce foods which again, I have been unable to eat due to either severe allergic reactions or inability to metabolize compounds bringing about onset of brutal symptoms. How are you doing food wise?

Hi Beebs, there are no differences in regard to foods, but I haven't tried out new ones. I tried to be outside during the last 2 weeks, but I even if I considered the exposures small, they made me more sensitive and I have now more problems with my eyes and my brain. I can't concentrate and work for a longer time on a subject. Sounds like music and TV exhaust me quite quickly. That is the reason, why I decided to do this thread in small steps. Love Namid

Love Namid Sorry about this. Totally agree about music and TV, precisely why I don't have a TV, and rarely listen to musik/radio at home, its draining, and being that weak, traffic noise from the outside is hard enough to tolerate. Same if I go outside, pollution, the noise, the lights, people, etc... soooo draining. Which mask do you wear when you go outside? I need to buy a good one, the one I have is inadequate, makes me sweaty and hard to breathe. www.achooallergy.com/allergy-asthma-mask-buying-guide.asp will choose one of those. It would be great if others posted. I guess if it continues like this, HQ will be shut down. Pointless if only two of us post ;D
